Good question: How does scattered kidney qi look/feel in the pulses? Here is a picture of it.
You will note that the scattered part is designated by a random set of dots in the K position. It feels like little points of light or feather touches on your finger. What is one of the big issues here? Well, there are a number of big issues here. First of all, all of the organs’ and systems’ energies are funded by the kidneys. In this case, as you can see from the drawing, the intense liver movement rising toward the heart is being “funded” by the kidneys. Another way to say it is that the liver is stealing kidney energy. It is therefore making it weaker, scattered. The perverse movement in the liver/Gb sector is stealing the core energy of the person.
Then you will notice the arrow at the top of that movement in the liver that is pointing to the H/SI sector. The heart is blocked or shortened because it can’t accept that kind of intense perverse energy. So the person can’t feel joy/happiness. This is why, we absolutely must resolve issues like anger, frustration, depression, and trauma that affect the liver-gallbladder sector to protect the core kidney energy.
Remember, we all learned that fear scatters kidney qi. It does. But so does energy that makes the liver pulse too perverse. There are number of causes for the movements we feel in the pulses. It’s important to distinguish the “whys”.
